We have a 2000 square meter working showroom with our factory together at the countryside of the city. Visiting is warmly welcome,

The product will come completely assembled and shrink wrapped by clear acrylic plastic sheet with four mitered corner,

and then packed in standard carton.

Do you have a Minimum Order rule?  

Since Jan. 1st, 2007, Modern Deko, Inc. Not have A Minimum Order again, but because of Modern Deko, Inc. offer the

wholesale price are basis on FOB Clause. As all of our paintings are canvas with wooden stretcher (frame), all ready for

hanging, so ordering should be recommend to full a container that can shipping by vessel to save freight costs.  

 

How do I get complete product dimensions?

Usually, our Terms of Payment, shipping ready by receipt of 30% total order amount, and the rest against shipment.

All order items are carefully packaged to prevent shaking and damage during transit, all Stuffing in TEU / FEU, full container

load (FCL) or less than container load (LCL), dispatch to the port of destination by vessel, and freight collect from you. Modern

Deko, Inc. ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers.  

 

How much will my delivery cost?  

Delivery charges vary, depends the detail port of destination. Please contact us and a Sales Representative will give you

a latest rate.  

 

Do you ship to Interior Points addresses?

 

We are more than happy to shipment by Interior Points Intermodal. Please provide a Interior Points shipping address for your

forwarding point. If you have questions, please contact our sales department.  

 

What is Interior Points Intermodal delivery?  

This is the most convenient delivery available. It means the Place Of Acceptance is in an interior city, and the carrier will bring

the product to.  

 

What is Freight Collect?  

Freight Collect means the shipping freight cost will be charge of you at the port of destination.  

 

How long will it be before my product arrives?  

• In-stock products take about 3-5days to ready shipping.

• Out of stock order item take about 2-3 weeks to producing and ready shipping.

• Estimate arrive time depends the destination port, from 15 to 30 days.

All products are stocked locally at a standard quantity each item, they may run out during the hot sale season, ordering early

insures youwill receive your products early.  

 

Can I point my own forwarding agent?  

This is possible shipping by your point own forwarding agent, but varies by your full pay before our delivery.

How are freight delivery charges computed?  

Because we arrange ships every week, our freight rates are the lowest. We pass these savings on to you with discounts. If you

need Interior Points delivery, it is available at a reasonable cost. For special requests, please contact us.  

 

What do In-stock and out-stock ship mean?  

Items in-stock are shipped from our factories directly to you for ready shipment 3-5days. Out-stock ship means items will take

about 2-3 weeks producing and ready shipment. All products are stocked locally at a standard quantity each item., they may

run out during the hot sale season, ordering early insures you will receive your products early.  

 

Do you send a Advise of Shipment by fax?  

Within 48 hours immediately after completion of loading of goods on board the vessel, Modern Deko, Inc. shall advise you

by fax of the Container Load Plan, name of vessel, port of loading, Estimated Time of Departure (ETD), Estimated Time of

Arrival (ETA).

How do I assemble my product?  

Basic tools are required to assemble most products. Generally, you’ll need a screwdriver and possibly a hammer. For some

pieces,a power screwdriver is helpful.

Do you have the hanging system for the item?  

Yes, a hanging system will come with the item for vertical or horizontal display.
